TCJA is an organization of Florida's plaintiffs' trial lawyers and paralegals actively practicing in the 19th Judicial Circuit of Florida. TCJA believes professional excellence is advanced by offering members educational and professional development opportunities through networking, continuing legal education on timely litigation topics and access to litigation resources.


Toy Drive and CLE Meeting at HopCat in Tradition on Nov. 29th

The next TCJA CLE meeting is set for November 29, 2018, at 5:30 p.m. at HopCat in Tradition.

The event will include a happy hour, CLE meeting and toy drive. The guest speaker will be Dr. Chintan Desai from Advanced Diagnostic Group. Anyone can attend with a member as long as they bring an unwrapped toy for donation. Members are encouraged to bring a toy as well. Drink tickets and heavy appetizers included.

Dr. Chintan Desai is a Board Certified, fellowship trained Radiologist who specializes in musculoskeletal radiology and neuroradiology. A graduate of University of Miami School of Medicine, with a residency at the University of Tennessee and fellowship at Duke University, Dr. Desai is licensed to practice medicine in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Arkansas and Michigan. He specializes in reading Personal Injury and understands the importance of providing a quality report. Residing in Florida, Dr. Desai is readily available for depositions and expert work when requested.
